_NOTE:

Due to increasing documentation requirements, stricter compliance rules of the Turkish National Agency, and the need for a more systematic tracking process, Istanbul Gelisim University have decided to centralize this procedure.

"To ensure a transparent, efficient, and well-documented workflow and to distribute the quotas fairly among all partner universities, we will now be opening mobility calls on behalf of our partners.

We believe that centralizing the call process will:

Ensure equal opportunity and fair quota distribution for each partner institution,
Reduce administrative burden for our partners,
Strengthen documentation accuracy in line with the National Agency’s requirements,
Facilitate a smoother follow-up process for both institutions.

For the 2023 Project Year, the application calls for both students and academic staff have therefore been opened by Istanbul Gelisim University.
