CALL FOR ERASMUS STAFF EXCHANGE AT ISTANBUL TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, TURKIYE, TRAINING 2025/2026

_PERIOD

• The training mobility can be organised either during 20–24 July 2026 or 27–31 July 2026 (excluding travel days)

  Note: If the 27–31 July 2026 period is selected, please note that the return journey must take place after the five working days of the training mobility. As the project ends on 31 July 2026, the return travel day will not be eligible for reimbursement and will therefore not be covered by the project funding.

• 5 days of mobility + 2 travel days

• Academic: ARCH, ECON, EE, ME, SE, CS
• Admin: All

_{FINANCIAL SUPPORT}

• Daily grant: 140 EUR
• Travel allowance: 275 EUR

_{SELECTION CRITERIA}

• The frequency and dates of previous Erasmus staff exchanges

• Extraordinary ten points for staff who will participate to the Erasmus+ staff mobility for the first time

• Contribution to the KA 171 Project

• Relevance/ availability of the Applicant's Program/ department for the Host University
