• Check the open calls available on IRO website, IRO FB page and your email accounts.
• The only application document required to complete is the Application Form for Outgoing Students  (All types of mobilities).
• The application form is comprised of 3 pages. The 1st page contains personal information to be completed by the applicant. The 2nd page requires the applicant to collect the signatures and/or information from the relevant IUS departments:
• Finance Office,
• ELS
• Visa Office (for non-Bosnian citizens) and
• IRO.

The signatures may be collected by physically visiting the above-stated offices or by sending an email. Please collect the signatures in the order listed above.

The 3rd page requires the applicant to sign the application form.

• Once the document is complete, please email it to mobility@ius.edu.ba alongside a copy of your valid passport.
